Handmade stoneware cup or mug.

Made with an earthy clay and fired in a reduction kiln to provide the distinctive speckle and muted shades. 

Glazed in light storm blue/grey with a rows of vertical black lines around the cup. It has a smooth sanded base to protect surfaces and make it lovely to hold. This one has a lovely patch of darker glaze where the flame licked it in the kiln. It is a special one.

Approximately 10cm high and 8.5cm diameter.  

Volume 380-400 ml

All Mud Dept. pieces are thrown on a wheel with hand drawn marks and lines.
