Yes! All our items are dishwasher and microwave safe. While handwashing will keep your piece looking its best for the longest time, it is perfectly fine to put them in the dishwasher. If it means you will use them more often, then please do. That's what we do.

Yes. All our ceramics are made from robust clay and fired to a stoneware temperature which makes them strong and long lasting. Ours go in the oven all the time.

All our pieces are glazed in food safe glazes fired to high temperatures.

Yes. Vases and planters are glazed inside and tested to ensure they are water tight.

We take between 1 - 3 days to prepare your products for postage via Australia Post. We offer an express post option if you need your ceramic goodies sooner. Just get in touch if you do.

We can offer a pick up for times Lea is in the studio at Strathnairn Arts Centre. We are unable to offer alternative pick up times so posting may be more convenient for you.

We are now offering international shipping to a small number of countries, as a trial. These are New Zealand, the UK, USA, Canada and France.

International prices are calculated at the checkout and are Australia Post rates for each item. If you order more than one item excess postage will be refunded.

For US deliveries you will be charged a tariff of 10% once the item enters the US. This is unavoidable and a new requirement for international products coming into the US.

All our products are packed with greatest care. Sometimes breakages can occur with ceramics in transit. If this occurs, please get in touch within 2 days of deliver and we will do our best to offer a replacement (if one is available) or refund.

All sales are final, and we do not refund if you change your mind. We take care to describe and photograph all products as close to the colour and size as possible to ensure your order is as expected. As with all handmade ware, there will be some variations in colour and glaze effects due to the uneven nature of making and firing.
