Shipping

Products are shipped within 3 working days of ordering. There is a 'click and collect' option if you wish to pick up in person from Strathnairn Arts Centre, ACT at an agreed time during business hours.

We have recently added international shipping, for the time being the USA has been removed due to changing tariff conditions.

Shipping rates within Australia are:

• $15 flat rate for Australian purchases 
  
• Pick up is free
• Australia Post fee for international orders

Packaging

We use recycled and/or environmentally friendly packaging when possible.

Refunds

All sales are final, and we do not refund if you change your mind. We take care to describe and photograph all products as close to the colour and size as possible to ensure your order is as expected. As with all handmade ware, there will be some variations in colour and glaze effects due to the uneven nature of making and firing. If you are unhappy for any reason, please get in touch. It is important to us that you are happy with your purchase.

Breakages

We take great care when packaging our products. Sometimes breakages can occur in transit. If your piece arrives broken, please contact us within 2 days and we will arrange a replacement (if one is available) or a refund.
