Shipping

Products are shipped within 3 days of ordering. There is a 'click and collect' option if you wish to pick up in person from our Braidwood studio.

Unfortunately we are unable to offer international shipping at this time and encourage you to support your local makers.

Shipping rates within Australia are:

• $10 for purchases under $100
• $15 for purchases from $100 - $199
• Purchases over $200 ship free.
• Pick up is free

Packaging

We use recycled and/or environmentally friendly packaging when possible.

Refunds

All sales are final, and we do not refund if you change your mind. We take care to describe and photograph all products as close to the colour and size as possible to ensure your order is as expected. As with all handmade ware, there will be some variations in colour and glaze effects due to the uneven nature of making and firing. If you are unhappy for any reason, please get in touch. It is important to us that you are happy with your purchase.

Breakages

We take great care when packaging our products. Sometimes breakages can occur in transit. If your piece arrives broken, please contact us within 2 days and we will arrange a replacement (if one is available) or a refund.
