Handmade stoneware vase for flowers or on its own. 

Made with an earthy clay and fired in a reduction kiln to provide the distinctive speckle and muted shades. 

The outside of the vase is left as raw toasty clay, with black painted irregular circles. Inside is glazed in a specked Mist white.  Water tight tested with a smooth sanded base to protect surfaces.

Approximately 18cm high and 8.5cm diameter.

All Mud Dept. pieces are thrown on a wheel with hand drawn marks and lines.
